Just another random blog post during this Christmas. Beforehand, I would like to have this moment to say Merry Christmas everyone, no matter where you are, what you do, always take precautions and stay safe. A couple of days, I took a test for COVID19, and right now, we are waiting for the results; 37 people took their sample, and hopefully, everything will be okay. Nobody wants this thing to happen, but yet it still happening. So for me, personally, there's nothing we can do right now, just waiting for the result and sit back at home, do your self-quarantine and stop making things difficult.  No one is blaming anyone. Everyone can be happy, but a slight difference in life experiences can change the way people see the perspective of happiness.  Life can be so challenging and sad sometimes; losing people, lose a job, lose everything could bring life to unhappiness.  Nevertheless, it's all in your hand, choose to be happy or not. These are the few simple rules for a happy life. 7 simple rules for a happy life 1)      Make peace with your past We all had past memories.  Whether it is something that good to remember or not, we still had our past. Bad memory sometimes leads to regret, hatefulness, and blaming ourselves. We wish that lot of our history could be changed. Any past memories that can destroy who you are right now, we want that to change. But, logically, it's impossible. This story happened ten years ago when I was still in college. During that time, we had a semester break. You can either stay in college or going back to your hometown. But, since I was saving my money, and my hometown is too far away. I refuse to go back and choose to stay in college. Things that I hate the most during the semester break is the quiet environment. And all of my friends were planning to go back to their hometown.  The semester break is for two weeks. For three days, I was still together with my roommates. I thought that she won't be back in her hometown back in the day. We stayed four people in the dorm. My two roommates were already going back to their hometown in Kuching, Sarawak, two days before the semester break and my other roommates were still staying in the dorm, so I felt a little at ease for a moment. Having everything in your life is such a blessing. So, be thankful for it. Remember how far you go to be where you are right now. What is the meaning of gratitude? Gratitude is something that you thankful for , appreciate what you have or what you've been living. Some people were trying to have everything so that they can show some gratitude. They waited to have a perfect way of living instead of just use everything they had. Time does not wait, so enjoy the little things and use what you had. Beforehand, I always thought that I must have everything so that I can please my parent. But guess what, even you had enough in your life, you had a lot of money, or having a successful career, that does not guarantee their happiness.  What they need right now? Your precious time . People will grow old, so does our parent. S

Truthfully, I enjoyed that moment when he takes out a small box from his pocket and asks me to open it while he sings a happy birthday song. Thank you for this memorable moment.
