Everybody knows that sleep is a good thing, but, here are the 8 things to do before you sleep. There's a lot of things you could do anytime when you are about to go to a bed. Such as watching a movie until you fall asleep, or eat your favorite snack, or even read a book. But among all of the choices, which one do you prefer? or how are you systematically plan yourself for a night of better sleep?
Therefore, here are some of my favorite 5 things to do before going to sleep.
1) List down my to-do-list for tomorrow.
I will not miss out on this kind of routine. Always plan ahead. Therefore, write your-whatever-plan ahead. It might benefits you well for a perfect starting day. Bring your small note for a better reference. In addition, it helps you to be more organized.
2) Read a book.
Oh no, speaking of reading, not many of us were into reading some book. Some will find it so boring. But, that can be a reason to make you fall asleep even faster. Besides that, readers can gain knowledge and serve as a piece of information. Just like Dr. Seuss said, the more you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go.
3) Stretch your body.

Stretching before you are bout to sleep would help you in many ways, some of the benefits were listed as above and the link provided. Personally, stretching would make you feel better especially when you are about to get some good rest.
4) Clean your face and brush your teeth.
When we were younger, our parents ask us to brush the teeth and clean the face. Keep hygiene always. Wash your face preventing any breakout, same as brushing your teeth you feel fresh always.
5) Write a diary/journal/blog.
Writing can be therapeutic. Apart from being away from any disruptive media social, writing can heal you, by not say it to anyone but just write it down on a piece of a book or a paper. Writing helps you to search for your true self and determines what you actually need. Though it is not the same for anyone, it is believed that writing can be a new hobby for you to express yourself.
