Everybody knows that sleep is a good thing, but, here are the 5 things to do before you go to sleep. There's a lot of things you could do anytime when you are about to go to bed. Such as watching a movie until you fall asleep, or eat your favorite snack, or even read a book. But among all of the choices, which one do you prefer?

Therefore, here are some of my favorite 5 things to do before going to sleep.

1) List down my to-do-list for tomorrow

Always plan ahead. Therefore, write your-whatever-plan ahead. It might benefits you well for tomorrow's activities. Bring your small note for a better reference. In addition, it helps you to be more organized. 

2) Read a book

Some will find it's so boring. That can be a reason to make you fall asleep even faster. But, the real reason is, you can gain knowledge from reading a book, doesn't matter what genre you are reading, as long you love to read. Read a book can gain knowledge and serve as a piece of information. As quoted by Dr. Seuss, the more you read, the more things you will know

3) Stretch your body

Here's are some of the benefits of stretching your body,

a. Improved circulation.

b. Better posture.

c. Relieve stress.

Stretching before you are about to sleep could help you in many ways, some of the benefits were listed as above and the link provided. Stretching make you feel better especially when you are about to get some good rest.

4) Take care of your cleanliness

It has been a routine for us to brush the teeth and wash face before going to bath. Keep hygiene always. Wash your face to prevents any breakout, and brush your teeth so that you feel fresh always.

5) Write a diary/journal/blog

Writing can be therapeutic. Apart from being away from any disruptive media social, writing can heal you. Writing helps you to express what you were thinking and determines what you actually need. Though it is not for everyone, it is believed that writing can help you to express your inner self.

After all, we all need more than 5 things-to-do routine before sleep, but these 5 favorite does help in providing good sleep and a long rest well.

See, Write, and Post-it. Our eyes see and record every memory that goes on in life. I know, the things that we usually do as a routine in our daily life suddenly changed because of some deadly virus. We started our year in a grievous state, some families are losing family members, some were stuck in the cities, at school, or in other countries because of this pandemic.
