There's a lot of things you could do anytime when you are about to go to bed. Such as watching a movie until you fall asleep, eat your favourite snack, or even read a book. But among all of the choices, which one do you prefer?
Here are some of my favourite 5 things to do before going to sleep.
5 things to do before going to sleep:
1) List down my to-do-list for tomorrow
Always plan ahead. It's better to write down your to-do list a day before so you don't spend too much thinking about what you should do the next day. Therefore, write your-whatever-plan ahead. It might benefits you well for tomorrow's activities. Bring your small note for a better reference. Besides, it helps you to be more organised.

2) Read a book
Some will find it's so dull. That can be a reason to make you fall asleep even faster. But, the real reason is, you can gain knowledge from reading a book, it doesn't matter what genre you are reading, as long you love to read. Read a book can gain understanding and serve as a piece of information. As quoted by Dr Seuss, the more you read, the more things you will know. Learn to put more effort into reading something, so it will become a habit.
3) Stretch your body

4) Take care of your cleanliness
It has been a routine for us to brush the teeth and wash our face before bathing. Keep hygiene always. Wash your face to prevents any breakout, and brush your teeth so that you feel fresh always. 5) Write a diary/journal/blog
