Life can be so challenging; at some point, you just reach the limit where you can't hold on anymore. Some of us were depressed because of the things that happen surround us. And some were just too tired of the work, hectic life, and another thing that suppresses them.
Life is like a roller coaster; it's not always at the top and not always at the bottom. You were going like 'zig-zag', and the way you handle that depends on what choices you made.

1) Listen to music
"If I were not a physicist, I would probably be a musician. I often think about music. I live my daydreams in music. I see my life in terms of music." - Albert Einstein.
Music is the therapist for the mind; listening to music can help you relieve stress. The exact genre and what type of music you listen can boost your happy energy. According to psychology scientists, listening to music that you enjoy decreased the level of the stress hormone cortisol in your body.
2) Talk to your friends
We have those friends who listen to whatever craps we talked about. Talk all about your worries, anxiety, or hang out with them even if it only takes about 10 minutes. Sometimes the stress was coming from the family, or yourself and you can't even say a word or express that to them or to yourself. You didn't see that coming, but a true friend is always there for you. So, talk about anything.
3) Eat healthily
Eat right, stress less. Stress can directly proportional to eating habits. When you feel stress, you tend to eat more sugary food, more fat, and less healthy food. And when you gain weight, you eventually lose self-esteem, which probably triggered your emotional state, bringing stress. So, to prevent your level of stress increase, try to eat healthily.
4) Read a motivational book
Not everyone is a fan of reading books. But, reading a motivational book can boost your positive mind. Help you understand that everybody was going the same phase as you are but in a different situation. It important for us to read a good book for mental health purposes.
5) Workout (30 Minutes)
Stress can lead to depression and tiredness of the human mind. One of the best ways to reduce stress is by workout. Physical activities could not just relieve the stress but also your mental health and physical state. There are many types of physical activities you could work on, such as running, dancing, yoga, workout, aerobics, and so on. Take about 30 minutes to sweat it out.
6) Write down your thought
You need to jot down everything in a journal or diary. It could help you to see your progress. It sounds tired, but the truth is, when you write down your thought, it's like you let go of you feels towards someone but in a written hand. So, you don't have to speak it out; you just write and the secret is between you and the journal.
7) Go travel alone
Last but not least, to relieve your stress, go somewhere, explore new culture and give yourself credit. You deserve it. It doesn't matter where you visit is far or near, as long as you spend your quality time with yourself. Get some break, and see the world for a moment. Being alone for a while helps you to focus on yourself, not someone else.
