Breakthrough your fear

When I was in a teenager, I was scared of public speaking, when the teacher asks me to participate in public speaking, I can't sleep the whole week because I was scared looking at people eyes. 

I was traumatized because I was bullied a lot when I was still a kid. By standing in front of a lot of people makes me nervous. What if people say I am not good enough? What if I made mistakes?

We all had fear and that fear blocking us from moving forward because we ought to think people might say something about us. It lowered our self-esteem. We don't even dare to face the situation.

There are times when we have to deal with our fear. You want it or not, you had to do it. Saying is easy but doing it took a lot of courage. But still, you have to do it yourself.

Once my old friend said, "If you never try, you never know, dealt with your fear."

How to break through fear?

1) It's a normal thing

Remember that, fear of something is a normal thing. Everyone experiences the same thing. Whenever you felt insecure or being low self-esteem, keep in mind that everybody had to go the same phase as you are. It only depends on what your response to it. Yes, we get scared but don't let that scared thing wipe out your happiness. Learn to grow through your fear.

2) Go beyond your comfort zone

Most people wanted to stay in their comfort zone, where they are familiar with, easy to go through with. If you stay in a comfort zone, and won't try out or face your fear, you won't be able to prepare what is worst in front of you. If you want to break through your fear, feel comfortable to do the uncomfortable things and learn from it.

3) Just do it

Feel the fear and learn to face it. In whatever circumstances, learn to grow from your fear. No one could push it for you unless yourself. Remind yourself to always be strong and willing to learn for your own good. Take control of your own self and do what is best from your fear.
