5 things you should do in 2021 -

See, Write, and Post-it. Our eyes see and record every memory that goes on in life.

A new year is around the corner, some of us might having a list of new resolutions. I can list a tonne of resolutions but the question is, can it all be achieved? Regarding what our plan is, here are some of the things that we can (might) do or plan for 2021. Let's just hope that the COVID-19 will be over the next year.

5 things you should do in 2021

1. Start making Your Journal

Everything can happen even in one day. The reason why you should start journaling so that you can keep the memories, and see how your life been going on for the whole year. You will find it amusing, grateful, or shock to see your life journey the whole year. So, start your journal from the first day of the new year.

2.    Eat healthy food

According to a Journal retrieved from Essentials of healthy eating, take more food such as healthy unsaturated fats, whole grains, good protein, fruits, and vegetables. Limit your consumption of trans and unsaturated fats, sugary drinks, and do take some multivitamins with folic acid and vitamin D as a nutritional food. A diet based on these principles is healthy through virtually all life stages, from young adulthood into old age.

3.    Set your weight goals

Having an ideal body weight is so challenging. But when you have determination, discipline, and self-motivated, you can make it. Exercise and take good care of your food intake. Don't forget to track your progress. Set 2021 as the year you make a loose weight journey for yourself, no more excuse.

4.    Develop your talent

Discover and develop your talent. If you can sing, then sing, if you can dance, then dance, if you are good at getting food on your table, then cook. Your talents could help you to earn money, or improve yourself. Your talent can help you, be grateful for it, and keep developing your talent.

5.    Focus on the future

Okay, COVID19 had made my life difficult, the school, works, all had been canceled. But it's all for the best. In 2021, there will be no promises either things will become the same as before. Let's just focus on building a dream for the future. Remember, focus on the future, don't look back.
