1. Start making Your Journal
Everything can happen even in one day. So, you should start journaling to keep the memories and see how your life been going on for the whole year. You will find it amusing, grateful, or shock to see your life journey the entire year. So, start your journal from the first day of the new year.

2. Eat healthy food
According to a Journal retrieved from Essentials of healthy eating, take more food such as healthy unsaturated fats, whole grains, good protein, fruits, and vegetables. In addition, limit your consumption of trans and unsaturated fats, sugary drinks, and take some multivitamins with folic acid and vitamin D as a nutritional food. A diet based on these principles is healthy through virtually all life stages, from young adulthood into old age.
3. Set your weight goals
Having an ideal body weight is so challenging. But when you have determination, discipline, and self-motivated, you can make it. Exercise and take good care of your food intake. Don't forget to track your progress. You can buy a journal weight loss journey, so you could track your progress. Set 2021 as the year you make a loose weight journey for yourself, no more excuse.
4. Develop your talent
Discover and develop your talent. If you can sing, then sing; if you can dance, then dance; if you are good at getting food on your table, then cook. Your talents could help you to earn money or improve yourself. Your talent can help you, be grateful for it, and keep developing your talent.
